Hi! I’m Felicity, an aspiring Learning & Development professional with 2+ years experience enriching organizations in the finance and performing arts industries through creative marketing, communications, and leadership.

I am deeply passionate about building empowering organizational environments and enhancing leadership and team effectiveness. Currently, my goal is to transition into a new role where I can have a greater impact in driving professional growth and development, maximizing potential, and elevating organizational cultures.

A little more about me… I graduated from Princeton with a degree in East Asian Studies and minor in Dance. During my time at Princeton, I served as a trip leader and coordinator with Outdoor Action, where I helped the organization respond to the pandemic by converting the largest outdoor orientation program in the U.S. to a virtual format. I also designed virtual “trips” for >55% of incoming first-year students, trained 180+ student leaders, and co-led multiple 5-day backpacking and virtual trips while successfully navigating logistical and interpersonal challenges through open communication, regular debriefing, and delegation.

I’m also an active professional ballet artist, choreographer, and dance instructor, with over 4 years experience working with professional and student companies and performing dynamic repertoire by world-famous classical and contemporary choreographers for audiences across Kentucky, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and beyond.
